Fusion 360 Lathe Toolpaths
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I will send you the part’s DXF or STEP model and need you to open it in Fusion 360, set the correct stock orientation, allow for safe chuck and tailstock clearances, and build clean, collision-free toolpaths for ID/OD turning, facing, and finishing. Once you’ve simulated and verified the operations, export the ready-to-run G-code plus the Fusion 360 setup so I can back-check or tweak feeds later if needed.
Please base everything in Fusion 360—if you normally work in Mastercam or SolidCAM that’s fine, but the final file set must still originate from Fusion so I can load it directly on my end.
Deliverables
• Fusion 360 project file with all turning, facing, and finishing strategies
• Post-processed G-code tailored to the machine spec I’ll provide after award
• Short setup note highlighting offsets, tool numbers, and recommended cutting data
When you pitch, give me a brief, step-by-step outline of how you’ll approach the job and any similar lathe work you’ve programmed before.
