Fusion 360 High-Precision STEP Model

I have a wire-mesh scan of a mechanical component and now need it converted into a fully editable solid model in Fusion 360. Every feature on the part must be rebuilt with high precision so I can take the file straight into our manufacturing workflow. The edges are slightely rough and needs sharp.
You will receive the mesh file generated from the scan. From that, please create a parametric model whose history can be modified later and deliver it as both a native Fusion 360 file and a STEP file that opens flawlessly in other CAD/CAM platforms. All critical geometry—holes, bosses, fillets, pockets, threads, and mating faces—should match the scan closely enough for production machining or fabrication.
Deliverables:
• STEP (.stp/.step) solid model ready for production
