Fusion 360 Designer Needed — Custom Raspberry Pi 5 AI Companion Enclosure (Echo Show 5 Style)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Summary
I am building Gigi — a personal AI companion device powered by Raspberry Pi 5 that sits on a desk like an Amazon Echo Show 5. I need an experienced Fusion 360 designer to take my existing script-generated prototype and produce a professional, print-ready STL with correct tolerances, clean geometry, and proper fitment for all hardware components.
What I already have:
Complete hardware specs and datasheets for every component
Echo Show 5 silhouette as design inspiration
What I need you to deliver:
✅ FDM print tolerances (clearances, snap fits, screw holes)
✅ Ensure all hardware fits correctly — no interference, no gaps
✅ Speaker chamber walls with proper acoustic separation
✅ Clean two-part split: Main Body + Back Cover Plate
✅ Export two print-ready STL files (body + cover) optimised for FDM printing
✅ STEP file export so I can edit later
Hardware to fit inside the enclosure:
Component
Raspberry Pi 5 8GB
WaveShare 7" QLED Touch Display 70H-1024600
Zebronics Zeb-Pluto 2.0 Speakers
CMTECK USB Conference Mic
Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3
Enclosure Design Requirements:
Shape: Echo Show 5 wedge silhouette
Outer size: ~220 mm wide × 200 mm deep × 110 mm rear height × 151 mm front apex
Wall thickness: 2.5 mm minimum
Material target: PETG (designer must account for PETG tolerances)
Front slanted face: Camera (top) → Screen (centre)
Rear shelf face: Triangular mic pocket (apex forward)
Righ and left side : speaker mention above cutout
Rear cover plate: Pi 5 port cutouts (USB-C, 2× HDMI, USB-A, 3.5mm), rocker switch, vents
Fasteners: M3 corner screw bosses (4×), M2.5 screen standoffs (4×), M2.5 Pi standoffs (4×)
Print bed requirement: Must fit on 256 × 256 mm bed (Bambu P1S / Creality K1)
