Fusion 360 Curved Cap Sweep

I already have the circular-cornered elliptical ring sketched out and will share both that file and a screenshot of a failed first attempt. What I need now is a clean 40 mm-high, 3 mm-thick cap generated solely with Fusion 360’s Sweep command. Please keep every measurement exactly the same as in the reference shape, use a guide curve for the path, and make sure all visible edges read as smoothly blended—no sharp breaks.

Once complete, send back the native Fusion 360 file (.f3d). No rendering is necessary; I just want to drop the file into my workspace and see the finished body sweep in place.
