I have four mechanical parts destined for an automotive application that now need clean, efficient CAM programming in Fusion 360. Each piece is a straightforward component—no multi-body assemblies or exotic geometries—but I still want professional-grade toolpaths that minimize cycle time and respect cutter life.
What I’ll supply
• Native Fusion 360 design files for all four parts
• Material, stock sizes, and any machine constraints you need to know up front
What I expect back
• A fully set-up Fusion 360 CAM file per part, ready for post-processing
• Verified 3-axis toolpaths with safe linking moves and optimized step-downs
• NC code generated through the standard Haas post (or let me know if you need a different one)
• Short setup sheets showing origin, tooling list, and estimated run time
Quick, clear communication is important; if you see a feature that could machine faster with a different strategy, just flag it. Once I load your files and the simulations run collision-free, the job is done.
