Finalize MintWatch CAD Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The MintWatch model is already about 90 % complete in Fusion 360; what remains is a careful pass to make sure every part truly fits and the exterior lines read as premium. Your focus will be on two fronts:
• Dimensions & fitting – verify internal clearances for the battery, screen and sensor stack, resolve any clashes, and confirm that assembly can be achieved without forcing tolerances.
• Aesthetic refinement – smooth out surfaces, adjust edge radii, and ensure that the overall form language stays consistent once the internal tweaks are done.
I will share the current Fusion 360 project, reference datasheets for the battery, AMOLED display and sensor package, plus the target housing materials. Deliverables are the updated Fusion 360 file, a STEP export ready for the manufacturer, and a short change log so I can see what was adjusted.
If you have handled compact consumer electronics before and are comfortable iterating directly in Fusion 360, this should be a straightforward finish-up task.
