ExpressPCB+ to Fusion360 PCB Migration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a completed audiophile phono-preamp in ExpressPCB+ — schematic and two-layer board — that I now need recreated in Fusion 360 Electronics. The circuit holds 33 unique parts (about 120 total) and follows a simple structure: one power-supply section repeated six times and two identical audio channels. Because of this repetition, copy-and-paste inside Fusion should accelerate the job.
All manufacturer part numbers are ready to drop straight into the new library, so you will not have to hunt for footprints or symbols. Trace widths and clearances can remain at Fusion’s defaults; no additional design-rule tuning is required. We will also keep the layer count exactly the same as in the ExpressPCB+ file.
Mechanical constraints are critical:
• Overall board outline must match the original exactly.
• Three connectors (2 × RCA, 1 × USB-C), the power switch, and a front-panel LED must stay in the same X-Y positions so the board slips into the existing metal enclosure without modification.
What I need back:
• Fusion 360 project containing the fully wired schematic and routed board.
• Any custom library parts you create.
• A short note confirming that connector, switch, and LED coordinates match the original outline (I can supply DXF or a dimensioned drawing for reference).
If you have migrated boards between packages before and know your way around Fusion 360 Electronics, this should be a straightforward task. I’ll provide the ExpressPCB+ files, the enclosure drawing, and the BOM the moment we kick off so you can get started right away.
