Detachable Plastic Composite Drone Wings
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I already have the overall drone plane concept roughed out—I now need a clean, fabrication-ready CAD model of the wings only. The wings must be detachable from the fuselage, modeled natively in either Fusion 360 or Autodesk Inventor so I can continue iterating in the same environment.
Key requirements
• Planform and internal structure sized for a small electric UAV (1.5 m span target)
• Plastic-composite construction: please include rib, spar and skin thicknesses that suit common 3-D-printed or thermo-formed plastics
• Positive locking mechanism that lets the wing slide out for transport but seats firmly under flight loads
Deliverables
1. Fully parametric CAD file (.f3d or .ipt/.iam) with clear feature tree
2. 2-D drawings with critical dimensions, tolerance notes and exploded view of the attachment interface
3. STEP export for quick viewing
4. Short PDF explaining materials assumed and fasteners / inserts selected
I will provide the existing fuselage interface geometry once we start so you can ensure a perfect fit. Let me know your relevant portfolio pieces and how quickly you can turn around an initial concept.
