Dental Photography Bracket Design in Fusion 360
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a Fusion 360 designer to create a simple, functional bracket for a dental photography setup.
The bracket will be manufactured using CNC milling, primarily in:
* Aluminum (preferred)
* OR carbon fiber plate (secondary option)
Design Goal:
* Lightweight and strong
* Easy to machine (IMPORTANT – keep geometry simple)
* Practical mounting for:
* Camera
* Ring flash or small light
* Optional handle/grip
Important Notes:
* This is a simple mechanical part, not a complex product
* Design must be optimized for CNC machining (not 3D printing)
* Avoid complex curves, undercuts, or unnecessary features
* Focus on cost-efficient manufacturing
Deliverables:
* Fusion 360 source file
* STEP file
* 2D technical drawings (with dimensions & tolerances)
* CNC-friendly design (flat faces, standard tool access)
Requirements:
* Experience with CNC-machined parts
* Understanding of aluminum machining
* Ability to simplify design for lower production cost
