Convert STL to CNC-Ready STEP
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need my existing STL file converted into a clean, watertight STEP model that a machinist can load straight into their CAM software for a one-off prototype run. The geometry must stay faithful to the original mesh; apart from that, standard tolerances are perfectly acceptable and I have no surface-finish notes to embed.
Please retain all critical dimensions, resolve any non-manifold edges, and deliver a single .stp file that opens without errors in common packages such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360. If you spot issues that could cause machining headaches—thin walls, undercuts, or ambiguous features—let me know before finalising so we can adjust quickly.
Once I confirm the file passes a basic tool-path simulation on my end, the job is done.
