Consumer Electronics Product Design
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m developing a new consumer-electronics device and now need a talented product designer who can translate my rough concept into a production-ready form. The scope centres on full-cycle product design—everything from initial sketches and CMF exploration through to detailed 3D CAD, ergonomic refinement, and manufacturing-ready files.
Here’s how I picture the collaboration working:
• Discover & concept: We’ll refine the feature set together, then you’ll present quick sketches and mood references so we lock the overall language early.
• 3D development: Using SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or a comparable tool, you’ll build the internal architecture and enclosure with DFM considerations in mind.
• Visualisation: High-quality KeyShot (or similar) renders that clearly convey materials, finishes, colour breaks and any display or interface elements.
• Final package: Native CAD, STEP, STL for rapid prototyping, plus a concise BOM and call-outs for critical tolerances.
Acceptance criteria
1. CAD files open without errors and match agreed dimensions.
2. Renders illustrate every surface and assembly seam.
3. Parts are split for injection-moulding (or suitable process) with draft angles noted.
