CAD Design for Robotics Roller Component

I'm looking for a CAD designer to help me prepare a detailed CAD drawing of a roller component for my small rover/robotics project. The final drawing will be sent to a laser cutting shop for fabrication, so it needs to include accurate dimensions, tolerances, and be laser-cut ready (correct kerf allowance, material thickness considerations, etc.). Important: I'm not just looking for someone to hand me a finished file — I want someone who will actively guide and walk me through the design process so I understand how the drawing comes together and can make informed decisions along the way. Required skills: proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD), strong understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) for laser-cut sheet metal parts, and prior experience designing mechanical components for small rovers, robotics, or similar precision equipment.
