Aluminum Capsule Keychain CAD Design

I’m bringing a premium capsule-style keychain to market and need a mechanical CAD expert to turn my concept into a production-ready model. The part will be milled from aluminum, so wall thicknesses, fillets and tool access all have to make sense for CNC. I already have the exact overall dimensions mapped out; what I’m missing is the fully detailed 3D file and supporting drawings that a machine shop can pick up without questions.

Functional notes
• Anodised colour variations are planned, so surfaces must be uniform and free of undercuts that trap dye.
• An O-ring groove is required to give the capsule a reliable waterproof seal.
• One end should discreetly integrate a whistle cavity; the sound hole and airflow path need to be tuned but kept visually hidden when the cap is closed.
• My logo will be laser-engraved on the exterior, so please leave a flat, blemish-free zone for that detail.

What I need from you
• A parametric 3D model built in SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar, exported as a clean STEP file.
• 2D manufacturing drawing with critical dimensions, tolerances and call-outs for the O-ring specification.
• Quick render or screenshot set so I can review aesthetics before releasing the file to the machine shop.

I’ll supply a dimensioned sketch and thread specs the moment we start; you refine them for manufacturability, apply GD&T where sensible, and confirm there’s no clash between whistle channel, seal groove and engraving area.
