I’m refreshing every room in my house and want a single, cohesive modern look that runs from the living room through the bedrooms and dining area. What I need is not off-the-shelf catalog picking, but original furniture concepts that feel unified yet fit the specific size, function, and lighting of each space.

You’ll receive floor plans, photos, and the measurements I’ve already taken. From there, I expect full-room concept boards, 3D renders, and build-ready drawings that specify materials, finishes, and hardware I can source locally. Attention to ergonomics and durability is important; sleek lines and unobtrusive storage solutions are a plus.

When you respond, please include examples of past work that prove you’ve handled whole-home or multi-room projects in a modern style—the portfolio matters more to me than a long proposal. If you excel at visualisation tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar, let me know; I’ll need the native files as part of the hand-off.
