Single-Story Multi-Purpose Family Room Addition
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a design for a single-story addition to my home. This will be a multi-purpose family room. Key features of this room will include:
- A wood stove for heating and ambiance.
- Space for a pool table.
- An entertainment area equipped with a TV and seating.
- A countertop with a bar sink and a 2-burner cooktop.
- 2 or 3 garage doors to open up one side of the structure for outdoor access.
- A loft area over the kitchen portion of the room.
The ideal freelancer for this project should be an experienced architect or designer with a strong portfolio of similar home additions. They should be able to create a functional and enjoyable space that meets my family's needs. Please provide examples of your previous work in your proposal.
