I have a new-build countryside house that needs a full interior package, not just pretty visuals. Think traditional rural character—warm, lived-in, slightly rustic—expressed through earthy browns, greens and terracotta instead of stark neutrals.
You will receive my CAD plans and dimensions for every space: living room, kitchen, all bedrooms and the bathrooms. Starting from those files, I need a space plan, mood-board and material direction that feel cohesive throughout the home. Beyond the concept, the big value for me is real, purchasable product sourcing. I want furniture, lighting, textiles and décor that can actually be ordered from reputable factories or wholesalers in China or Turkey, with supplier links or contacts included.
Key items I expect
• PDF presentation showing the interior concept, colour palette, textures and reference images
• Complete FF&E schedule in Excel (item name, specs, finish, unit cost, supplier URL/contact)
• Optional but welcome: a basic CAD furniture layout or quick 3-D massing to illustrate flow
