Nautical Resin Table Creation

I'm looking for a skilled craftsman to create a roughly 65" by 40" rectangular nautical-themed tabletop using sea shells and sand that I have acquired. The sea shells and sand should be encased in resin for a durable finish.

Requirements:
- Experience in resin work
- Ability to create nautical-themed designs
- Craftsmanship in making rectangular tables
