I am currently in the construction phase of building a two-flat house and am looking for a skilled and creative interior designer to help bring the space to life with a modern, functional, and space-saving design. The focus will be on creating a cohesive design throughout the house that balances aesthetics with functionality, with special attention given to the living room as a space of relaxation and comfort.
I've uploaded the floor plan for your reference, and would love to see what innovative, modern design ideas you can bring to the table — especially false ceiling designs with lighting effects, space-saving furniture, and efficient layout concepts.
Areas to be Designed:
Living Room – Primary focus on comfort, lighting, and a modern aesthetic.
Bedrooms
Kitchen
Bathroom Area
Laundry Area
What I'm Looking For:
A modern design theme with smart use of space
Innovative furniture layout and multi-functional design
Integrated lighting and ceiling concepts (including false ceiling designs)
A high-end, livable aesthetic with practical design elements
Ideal Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in modern home interior design
Strong portfolio with similar residential projects
Ability to provide space-saving ideas and storage solutions
Skilled in 3D modelling, rendering, and material selection
Clear communication and collaborative approach to revisions
Capable of working within a fixed budget and delivering on time
Deliverables Should Include:
