I’m ready to give my new 3-bedroom apartment a cohesive, modern look and need a designer who can take the entire space—living room, all three bedrooms, kitchen, plus the dining area—from bare walls to a fully realised concept in neutral tones.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• A clean, contemporary aesthetic with streamlined furniture, subtle textures and a calm neutral palette that still feels warm and welcoming.
• Intelligent space planning so each room flows naturally, including an open-plan living–dining zone that looks connected yet distinct.
• Practical storage solutions that stay out of sight and maintain the minimalist feel.
• Lighting layered for ambience and function, using recessed fixtures, sleek pendants and discreet task lights.
• Finish and material suggestions that are accessible where I live, plus guidance for sourcing furniture and décor locally or online.
Deliverables I’ll need from you:
1. Mood boards and reference imagery for every room.
2. Scaled floor plans with furniture layouts.
3. 3D renders or visualisations that clearly show colours, finishes and lighting.
4. A detailed shopping/specification list (furniture, fittings, paint codes, fabric swatches).
5. One round of revisions after the first full presentation.
