Furniture Quality Inspection & Recommendations
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a seasoned quality specialist to examine a mixed portfolio of wooden, iron, and handcrafted pieces that I currently produce. The assignment is twofold: first, conduct a thorough quality inspection focused almost exclusively on finish and appearance; second, turn those findings into clear, step-by-step recommendations I can implement on the shop floor to lift the visual standard of every item.
During the inspection you will identify surface defects, coating irregularities, colour inconsistencies, welding or joint marks, and any other elements that detract from a premium look. I expect high-resolution photo evidence, concise notes for each observation, and a short overall scorecard so I can see patterns at a glance.
Once the audit is complete, translate your insights into an improvement roadmap. That should include practical fixes—better sanding sequences, alternative sealers or top-coats, touch-up protocols for ironwork, and finishing tips specific to the handcrafted range. Please make your suggestions realistic for a small-to-mid-scale workshop, highlighting quick wins as well as longer-term process tweaks.
Deliverables
• PDF or DOC inspection report with annotated images for every reviewed piece
• One-page summary scorecard ranking finish and appearance issues by priority
• Actionable improvement guide that maps each issue to a recommended fix and materials list
All content must be original, clearly written in English, and ready for immediate use in production.
