I have just collected the keys to a brand-new, two-storey duplex with four bedrooms and every room is still a blank canvas. My goal is to transform the entire interior—from the bedrooms and circulation spaces to the living, dining and kitchen areas—into a cohesive, comfortable home that balances style with everyday practicality. I haven’t locked myself into a particular aesthetic, so you’ll have creative freedom to propose concepts that feel fresh, inviting and timeless.
What I need from you is a complete design package: thoughtful space planning, mood boards that capture the overall direction, colour and materials palettes, furniture/lighting selections that can be sourced locally, and photorealistic 3D renders (or a brief walkthrough) that let me visualise every detail before we move into procurement. Precise measurements and an installation guide will help my contractor execute the plan without surprises.

• Colour, material and finishes schedule
• 3D renders (one per major angle, bedrooms and shared areas)
