I have a 1200 sq ft flat where most of the existing furniture is damaged due to termites. I need complete new interior work for 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

**Scope of work:**

1. **Furniture & Storage (3 Rooms)**
- Design and build modern, space‑maximizing furniture for all three rooms (bedrooms/living as discussed later).
- Full wall units, wardrobes, TV units, study/office setups etc. should be planned in a way that gives maximum storage without making the rooms feel congested.
- Use termite‑resistant materials and modern hardware (soft‑close channels, modular fittings, hidden storage, etc.).
- I want smart, space‑saving solutions like pull‑out units, loft storage, built‑in wardrobes, and other modern tech‑based ideas.

2. **Bathroom Renovation (3 Bathrooms)**
- Complete renovation of all three bathrooms.
- Full replacement of sanitaryware, fittings, tiles, plumbing fixtures, and accessories with modern, durable products.
- Need contemporary designs with good lighting, ventilation, and easy‑to‑clean layouts (niches, vanity storage, mirror cabinets, etc.).

3. **Stone‑Based Wardrobes / Units**
- For some wardrobes and storage units, I want to explore modern stone‑based or stone‑cladded constructions (e.g., stone or solid surfaces combined with metal/wood framing) instead of traditional full‑wood, to improve durability and termite resistance.
- Looking for creative, modern solutions using new materials and technology.

4. **Deliverables Required**
- Detailed 2D layout plans for all rooms and bathrooms.
- 3D renders / visualizations of key areas (bedrooms, living/TV units, wardrobes, and bathrooms).
- Material specification list (boards, finishes, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, etc.).
- Basic execution drawings that a local carpenter/contractor can follow.

I am looking to hire a freelancer (interior designer / architect) who:
- Has experience with small apartment space optimization and modern modular furniture.
- Understands practical, termite‑resistant materials suitable for Indian conditions.
- Can provide designs that are modern, functional, and budget‑conscious.
