CAD Furniture Layout Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a CAD layout for my 626 sq ft 1-bedroom apartment. The layout should provide 3 furniture arrangement options. You will be given an apartment layout, room and wall dimensions and furniture list and size. Photos of furniture or apartment can be provided upon request. Attached are furniture dimensions and apartment layout.
Key requirements:
- Balanced and functional arrangement
- Comfortable and cozy, & try fitting all furniture without crowding
- if all furniture can't fit, list will be prioritized what can be left out
- Minimal trip hazards for a 92-year-old resident
- Prefer furniture placement against walls, but open to alternatives & some not against walls
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CAD design
- Experience with small space furniture arrangement
- Understanding of ergonomic and safety considerations for elderly residents
