I need a strong pair of hands this Saturday morning in Prahran to do a quick lounge swap. The job is simple: carry a 2-seater up two flights of stairs to my unit and bring the existing 3-seater back down the same two flights to street level. The stairwell is a standard width in an older block, so there’s nothing unusually tight or low, but you should be comfortable manoeuvring furniture in a typical apartment staircase.
No special gear is required beyond your normal lifting technique—dollies, straps, or blankets are optional if you prefer them, but not essential. The key deliverable is both lounges moved without damage to the furniture or walls and everything finished during the morning window.
