I need a funnel expert to tell me what’s wrong with my funnel and fix it

I sell two online courses:

My funnel is simple:

✅ I promote a free training as the lead magnet
✅ I collect email + WhatsApp
✅ I follow up with WhatsApp + email marketing
✅ Then I sell the course directly
