Wellness Coaching Funnel Setup website

Hi! I am looking for help setting up a simple funnels for my health and wellness coaching business.

I am not tech-savvy, so I need something very easy for me to manage after it is set up.

Here is what I need:

1. A simple landing page where people can enter their name and email to receive a free guide
2. A thank you page after they sign up
3. A short email sequence (about 3–5 emails) that is automatically sent after they sign up
4. A simple sales page where I can offer my program

My niche is holistic / alternative / spiritual health for women in midlife, with Ayurvedic foundation, so I would like a soft, calming, feminine design.

I do not like earth tone colors such as brown tan beige orange green

I already have my content created (PowerPoint and documents), I just need help setting everything up.

Please let me know:

- How long it will take
It has been recommended I use go high level or coach Matic I already have an account with Coach Matic

My budget is limited, so I am looking for a simple, affordable setup to start.
