Online Course Funnel & Ads Consultant (Wellness) — Short-Term Project

I run an online wellness academy with multiple digital courses. I’ve experimented with funnels and ads myself, but they haven’t worked, and I’m burnt out trying to troubleshoot it alone.

I’m looking for an experienced consultant/implementer to help me optimize sales overall, diagnose what’s not working, and build new, effective funnels (not just tweak what exists).

This is not a VA role.


What I need help with:

Review my online academy and sales setup (I will share the link)

Diagnose why sales are inconsistent and why evergreen funnels haven’t converted

Recommend a clear, realistic strategy to increase sales and exposure

Build new funnels (pages + email automation) that actually make sense for my business

Advise on ads and traffic strategy only if appropriate

Implement the agreed system so I’m not left with theory


Context:

I sell online wellness courses

I have an email list and MailerLite

Sales have mostly happened during live launches, not evergreen

I want something simple, sustainable, and realistic — not hype


Requirements:

Proven experience selling online courses

Experience with wellness / coaching / healing brands strongly preferred

Strong understanding of funnels, email automation, and sales psychology

Ability to both strategize and execute


Scope & Budget:

Short-term project (approximately 2–4 weeks)

Budget depends on experience — please propose scope and fee
