Go High Level Funnel Marketing Automation Specialist needed for Agency

Overview - We are a 12 year old digital marketing agency and we help business authors create and launch membership sites and funnels, and we use Go High Level - GHL as our platform.
We've helped hundreds of clients over the years.
We are seeking to hire a personable marketer to join our team part-time. If you're a passionate self-starter who understand marketing automation (High Level) and you have great people skills, we want to hear from you.
Initially this will be approximately 10 hours per week with an opportunity to grow.
Job Description:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform - Go High Level - and fully leveraging its capabilities. Working closely with leadership and a project manager this role will implement all operational initiatives through the Go High Level.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Go High Level funnel set up, layout design and backend integration for clients. We'll provide the copy.
- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
- Maintain Go High Level integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the team and client.
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
- Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity,
conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience and strong working knowledge using Go High Level
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Strong independent project management skills
Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
Excellent attention to detail
Great "can-do" and "figure it out" attitude
