There is an Egyptian billionaire businessman named Naguib Onsi Sawiris. He had an idea to buy a Greek island and transform it into a place where refugees could live and work. I like the idea. However, I wish to add to his vision. I wrote a Pre-Budget Consultations in Advance of the Canadian 2021 Federal Budget. When I wrote the Pre-Budget Consultations, I thought Western Sahara would be an excellent place to relocate the refugees. However, with Morocco and Algeria fighting over it, Bir Tawil would be a better place to resettle refugees as no official nation is fighting over the land. There are a few individuals who say that it is theirs. Yet, they cannot go to war over the land, and Egypt and Sudan do not want the land.
Mr. Sawiris said he would spend 100,000.00 million dollars on the island. He also said others would donate. With this in mind, there is money to build a place for refugees to live and work. I want to raise funds to build housing, food, medical, water, employment and education. I have attached two Pre-Budget Consultations. Both have areas that can be used to create a place where refugees live and work. The facilities can be built within another nation and shipped to Bir Tawil. The same way of building can be used to build any other structure such as schools, medical and work facilities.
