Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure online donation platforms (e.g., GiveWP, Gravity Forms, PayPal, Stripe).

Integrate donation forms with our website, CRM, and email marketing tools.

Optimize donation flows for a smooth user experience and increased conversions.

Provide guidance on recurring donation setups, donor management, and reporting.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to donation processing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with online fundraising platforms and payment gateway integrations.

Strong understanding of website CMS systems (WordPress preferred).

Experience with CRM and email marketing integration is a plus.
