Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Banker to join our team and support our fundraising efforts for our cryptocurrency exchange. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors, and a proven track record of successfully raising capital.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to our business objectives and market conditions.
Investor Outreach: Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to inform decision-making and strategy.
Pitch Preparation: Prepare compelling presentations and pitch materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential investors.
Due Diligence: Coordinate and manage the due diligence process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and reviewed.
Regulatory Guidance: Advise on regulatory compliance and industry standards pertinent to cryptocurrency exchanges.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with investors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for capital raises.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal and compliance, to align fundraising efforts with overall business goals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on fundraising progress and market trends.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
