Seed Fundraising Consultant Needed
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹200,000 INR
I’m preparing to take an idea-stage startup in India to market and need a seasoned fundraising partner who can steer our entire seed round. Equity/Debt financing is the route I want to pursue, with a sharp focus on investors who understand early-stage risk and can add strategic value beyond capital.
What I need from you is end-to-end involvement: shape the fundraising narrative, position the opportunity compellingly, build a shortlist of the right angels, open doors through warm introductions whenever possible, and stay in my corner through every call, term-sheet negotiation, and closing signature. I’m comfortable structuring your compensation with a success fee tied to funds actually raised.

• Fundraising strategy document that maps targets, timelines, and messaging
• Investor pipeline (name, profile, contact, warm-intro source) with weekly status updates
• Advisory support on deck refinement, valuation, and term-sheet redlines
• Active participation in investor calls and negotiations until the round closes
