Producer Needed: Fund Short Festival Film

Job ID: 40621334

Budget: £5,000 – £10,000 GBP

The script for my short film: The Centurion. I’m currently building crew but crucial to get producer on board that can help — and we’re ready to shift into pre-production—once the money there. I’m seeking a producer who can step in with the full toolkit: sourcing private investors, structuring the finance plan, polishing the budget, and guiding the project right through to festival delivery so it can pave the way for the eventual feature.

The task centres on private-equity fundraising. I need someone who already speaks the language of investors—able to translate story, market positioning, and projected returns into a compelling pitch deck, one-sheet, and budget top-sheet. If you can tap an existing network, even better; if not, proven experience building an investor list and reaching out strategically is essential. Because the goal is festival traction, I also value your ability to shape a festival rollout and show investors how exposure on the circuit feeds the larger feature’s prospects.

Key deliverables:
• Finance roadmap, including budget breakdown and investment structure
• Investor-ready pitch deck and supporting documents (one-sheet, look-book, timeline)
• Curated list of qualified investor leads with contact strategy
• Draft investment agreements or term sheet (template is fine)
• Post-funding schedule that links production milestones to festival submission deadlines

Acceptance criteria: a clear plan, all investor materials in shareable format, and at least ten verified investor contacts interested in reviewing the package.

Logline: After the loss of his wife and in a desperate bid to save his family home, Ethan Wraith decides to hang up his criminal life in exchange for a shot at a brutal bare-knuckle boxing tournament called the Titus.

The script, director’s statement, and initial budget are ready to share once we connect. Additionally, I will share the pitch deck once a good line of communication is established. Let’s secure the funds and get this film in front of audiences—and investors—who will drive the feature forward.
