We are looking for an experienced startup fundraising consultant to help us raise our Pre-Seed investment round for Oonloop, a hyperlocal commerce marketplace based in India.
Oonloop connects customers with nearby local shops through a single mobile app.

Android app launched
Local merchants onboarded in Chennai
Thousands of products digitized
First customer orders successfully completed
Early market validation achieved
Scope of Work
Review and improve our pitch deck
Identify and build a targeted list of angel investors, VCs, family offices, and syndicates
Create a fundraising strategy
Help with investor outreach and warm introductions
Support follow-ups with investors
Advise on fundraising process and negotiation
Help us close our Pre-Seed round

Proven experience raising funds for startups
Strong investor network (India or global)
Experience with Seed/Pre-Seed fundraising
Excellent communication and pitching skills
Ability to provide references or past fundraising success
