Pre-Seed Bitcoin Venture Capital Raise
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I’m preparing Cloud Ventures for its first external capital round and I need a fundraising specialist who understands the digital-asset space. The company is AUSTRAC-certified (No. 100817050) and already generating yield by acquiring Bitcoin and related assets through private loans that return 10 %+ and by taking block positions in promising equity deals. Once cash flow is strong enough we will move to a dividend model, but right now the focus is on securing venture-capital backing at the pre-seed stage.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Shape an investable narrative that explains our treasury-reserve strategy, BTC exposure, risk management and projected dividend pathway.
• Build a concise pitch deck, financial model and one-pager suitable for VC partners that specialise in blockchain, fintech or alternative assets.
• Map, shortlist and, if possible, introduce qualified venture funds and family offices; geographical focus can start with APAC but I’m open to global leads.
• Advise on term-sheet structure, valuation methodology and any regulatory angles specific to holding Bitcoin on balance sheet in Australia.
• Provide light-touch support during due-diligence calls so I can keep procurement of new BTC blocks running smoothly.
I’ll supply current loan agreements, on-chain proof of reserves and trading records the moment we begin. Your deliverables will be signed off once the deck, model and investor list are complete and I’m confident to start outreach.
