Nonprofit Fundraising Book Design

I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a compelling book for my 501c nonprofit organization. This book will be used to solicit donations for the purchase of a condo that will serve as temporary housing for individuals with disabilities.

The book should be visually appealing and effectively communicate our mission, the need for the condo, and the impact of potential donations.
