LGBTQ+ Volunteer Fundraiser for Hyacinth

Hyacinth, a Ukrainian non-profit organization focused on supporting the LGBTQ+ community, is looking for volunteer coordinators to lead different initiatives!

We aim to assist queer people in general, and trans individuals in particular, with documentation, housing, career development, language learning, and integration into society.

To start this work, we need active and creative individuals who are willing to engage with and support the community.

What you’ll be doing:

- Designing and implementing one-time and ongoing events, and taking part in their execution;
- Running fundraising campaigns;
- Attracting donors and partners, and strengthening cooperation with existing ones;
- Participating in activities aimed at promoting the organization and creating a positive public image, including PR events;
- Preparing presentation materials and fundraising reports.

We expect that you:

- Are looking to grow in the non-profit and socially beneficial sector;
- Can quickly absorb information and work efficiently;
- Are sociable and communicate clearly and effectively.

The work is remote and/or based in Kyiv.
