Help to raise Fund

I am looking for a freelancer to help me raise startup capital through fundraising. The purpose of the fundraising is to support the development of our prototype/minimum viable product. We are targeting angel investors who are interested in investing in early stage startups.

Ideal skills and experience:
-Experience in fundraising and investment pitching
-Strong communication and networking skills
-Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and investment landscape
-Ability to create compelling investment proposals
-Understanding of financial modeling and valuation

Tasks:
-Develop a fundraising strategy
-Identify and reach out to potential investors
-Coordinate and facilitate investor meetings
-Assist with negotiations and closing deals
