GlobalGiving Campaign & Funding Specialist (Non-Profit)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project:
We are a non-profit building a sustainable spiritual eco-community and forest restoration park in South America. We want to use GlobalGiving (and similar impact platforms) as a key channel to raise part of our USD 800,000–1,000,000 goal.
We are looking for a GlobalGiving Campaign & Funding Specialist who already has hands-on experience with GlobalGiving (ideally having taken at least one project through the GlobalGiving Accelerator and/or successfully raised funds on the platform).
This is extremely important: please do not apply without real GlobalGiving (or very similar NGO-platform) experience. We expect specific cases and exact amounts you helped raise through these platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide our organization through the entire GlobalGiving journey, including (if applicable) the Accelerator process.
• Help us position the project on GlobalGiving so that it clearly explains:
• our vision of a spiritual eco-community and park,
• ecosystem restoration and reforestation work,
• social and educational programs,
• concrete use of funds (land, basic infrastructure, eco-gardens, meditation spaces, etc.).
• Set up and optimize the GlobalGiving project page:
• title, summary, story,
• impact metrics,
• donation levels (what $25 / $100 / $1000 achieve),
• photos, videos and updates.
• Design and implement fundraising campaigns on GlobalGiving, including:
• launch strategy,
• use of matching campaigns and bonus days,
• communication with our existing community and new donors.
• Integrate GlobalGiving fundraising with:
• our broader crowdfunding efforts,
• newsletters, social media and other outreach channels.
• Provide guidance on reporting and donor stewardship within the GlobalGiving ecosystem.
Requirements
• Direct, practical experience in:
• setting up and running at least one successful project on GlobalGiving (or a very similar NGO platform), and/or
• completing the GlobalGiving Accelerator with strong results.
• Understanding of non-profit structures and reporting expectations.
• Strong skills in impact storytelling and page optimization for donors.
• Ability to suggest donation tiers, impact metrics and communication rhythm aligned with GlobalGiving best practices.
Case Studies & Results (Mandatory)
Please provide:
• Links to GlobalGiving projects (or similar) you have managed.
• For each project:
• exact amount raised,
• time period,
• your role and main responsibilities.
• 3–5 bullet points describing what you did to:
• improve visibility and conversion,
• leverage matching campaigns or bonus days,
• retain and re-engage donors.
How to Apply
Please send:
• The case descriptions above (links + amounts + your role).
• Short overview of how you would structure our first GlobalGiving campaign for this eco-community project (5–7 bullet points).
