Our fast-growing company is preparing its next capital raise and I need expert support to ensure we secure the right investors at the right terms. The brief covers both domestic and international markets, so a broad network—angels, venture funds, family offices, and strategic corporates worldwide—will be invaluable.
Your core mandate is to map and prioritise suitable investor targets, shape outreach tactics, and refine our positioning deck so conversations convert efficiently. I will supply the existing financial model, pitch materials, and growth metrics; you will add insight on who to approach, how to approach them, and when to move each prospect through the funnel.
Key deliverables
• Curated list of qualified investors, funds, and strategic partners, annotated with rationale and warm-intro pathways
• Outreach roadmap with sequencing, messaging guidance, and follow-up cadence
• Feedback on our deck and data room to meet global investor expectations
Acceptance criteria
• At least 30 high-fit investor profiles spanning both local and overseas markets
• Outreach plan that aligns with our growth timeline and resource capacity
• Clear, actionable edits to materials, grounded in fundraising best practice
