This internship supports an animal welfare initiative, and we rely primarily on donations and fundraising efforts to sustain our work.
As we are not a corporate entity with fixed capital, the stipend is performance-based (20% of funds raised by you). This ensures sustainability while rewarding your efforts.
2. Internship Expectations:
Your primary responsibility will be outreach, donor engagement, and creative fundraising (e.g., campaigns, partnerships, social media advocacy).
No prior experience is required-we'll provide guidance! Success depends on your initiative, communication skills, and passion for the cause.
3. Stipend Clarity:
Example: If you raise ₹10,000, your stipend will be ₹2,000.
The remaining 80% goes directly to animal care (food, medical aid, shelter).
4. Support & Resources:
You'll receive training, fundraising tools, and mentorship to maximize your impact.
