VP Fundraising for Soccer Development Foundation

Looking to hire a VP Fundraising as a remote fundraiser that's able to support the need for funds so that our Soccer and Development Foundation is able to meet the targets of being able to continue it's operations. As Covid has impacted the ability for our corporation arm as well as non for profit housing coop arm to see momentum due to housing destabilization of the founder; we are looking to outsource and open the fundraising department of the organization so as to be able to slowly start to hire priority staff into the organizations structure who are paid to compete for an ROI within the organization able to meet it's various developmental goals. While this position will require an out of the box thinker of whom will also make commission from the funds raised for the organization, the need to outsource this portfolio also demands someone that's able to manage a fundraising committee composed of leveraging the founder as a member of said committee while attracting others of whom are able to support this committees arm to generate capital for the organization. Our Soccer and Development Foundation started out of a need to provide a free soccer program for the Jane and Finch community in Toronto, Ontario of which was started by a Youth that would make it into a semiprofessional club as a sponsored player before securing a full ride scholarship to take his soccer and passion for organizing into University. With the need to scale the Youth club into a mens club now able to host it's own biAnnual Football Festival the need to reinvest capital into that vision has led towards the revamp of the organization as well as a need to see a diverse range of expenses as paramount towards accomplishing this national development project. We are looking for a competitive talent that's able to grow with the organization and with proven track records of raising capital as well as the diverse ways they will go about their portfolio! We have a diverse range of articles, books, and news paper reads about the founder and his sports advocacy within the need to grow his soccer foundation into a more competitive entity able to power him out of homelessness and into being able to support the mission and vision of the organizations.
