We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Strategist / Capital Advisor to support FlashLeak, a category-defining startup building the world’s first trust-first marketplace for verified and licensable cultural information.

FlashLeak transforms how exclusive cultural moments and emerging stories are verified, licensed, and monetized through AI, human review, and governance-first design.
We have a completed pitch deck, defined business model, and core founding team in place and are preparing for our seed fundraising round.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute fundraising strategy
Refine investor targeting and outreach
Optimize pitch narrative and positioning
Facilitate introductions to angels and VCs
Prepare founders for investor meetings
Support due diligence and closing
Advise on valuation and structure
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience raising capital for early-stage startups
Strong investor network (U.S.-based preferred)
Background in venture, finance, or startup fundraising
Strategic, reliable, and execution-oriented
Comfortable working with ambitious founders
Compensation
Compensation includes equity participation and deferred payment upon successful fundraising
Terms will be formalized in a written agreement and tied to fundraising milestones
