Fundraising Expert for Jantara Foundation

Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support the Jantara Foundation’s mission
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, businesses, and organizations
Organize fundraising events and campaigns to engage the community and raise awareness
Collaborate with the team to create compelling donor proposals and presentations
Maintain donor records and provide timely follow-up and communication
Monitor fundraising performance and report on progress to the management team

Requirements:
Passion for social causes and a strong belief in the mission of Jantara Foundation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets
Prior experience in fundraising or sales is a plus
Creativity in developing fundraising ideas and campaigns
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
