Fundraising Consultant for Real Estate Startup
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am seeking a skilled freelance fundraising consultant to help MRK Realcon Pvt Ltd raise ₹25 lakhs to ₹1 crore in seed capital from angel investors or HNIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build/refine investor pitch deck and 3-year financial plan
- Identify and reach out to potential angel investors, NRIs, or VCs
- Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn/email
- Support investor calls, negotiations, and closings
Compensation:
This is an equity-only opportunity.
We are offering:
- ₹25L raised = 1.5% equity
- ₹50L raised = 3% equity
- ₹1Cr+ = up to 5% equity + advisory opportunity
Timeline: 30–45 days to raise capital
Ideal for freelancers with:
