Find Real Estate investor/philanthropist
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a real estate investor to buy a $275,000–$300,000 property who is willing to forego the rental income for 7-10 years (that part is the philanthropy) but/and still recoup the investment plus $30,000–$50,000 in appreciation when sold in 7-10 years.
Basically it is like an investor purchasing a plain piece of land and simply waiting for 7-10 years for the appreciation profit when sold.
I have a very moving story to present to would be investors as he/she would be saving the lives of two people by doing this. Your fee would be tacked on to the price of the investment property, so you would be paid when the investment was made.
