What you’ll actually be doing is sourcing and warming prospects, arranging intro calls, and staying in the loop until the capital lands. Tools such as AngelList, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, or your own rolodex are all fair game, provided the investor meets typical angel criteria and can close within a reasonable timeframe.

Deliverables
• Warm introduction to at least one serious angel investor
• Signed investment agreement facilitated through your contact
• Confirmation of cleared funds that triggers your commission
