FlashLeak is an AI- and blockchain-powered media platform that turns verified gossip into a tradable digital asset — a “stock market for rumors.” Founded by media veterans behind thousands of global headlines and supported by MIT-level blockchain innovation, FlashLeak is building the first Credibility Index for verified information.

The Opportunity:
We’re preparing to launch a hybrid fundraising campaign (Wefunder + private investors) to raise $1.5M by leveraging global press momentum (TIME, CBS, and more). We’re seeking an experienced Fundraising & Investor Relations Strategist to lead investor outreach, coordinate campaign readiness, and help close strategic capital partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute investor-outreach and fundraising strategy for our Wefunder campaign.

Identify, qualify, and engage angel investors, VC funds, and strategic media/tech partners.

Refine investor pitch materials (financial model, use of funds, investor decks, etc.).

Oversee investor communications, due diligence support, and follow-up.

Build relationships with lead investors and advisors to secure commitments.


Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience raising funds for startups (ideally media, AI, or blockchain sectors).

Deep investor-relations or capital-raising background.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a results-driven mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.


Compensation:

Deferred equity and incentive-based structure, including:

1.5% equity or 300k shares + 3% commission on raised capital (additional incentives above milestones).

Bonus equity for exceeding $1.5M target.


Business travel expenses covered when applicable.
