C# function for datascrapping specific website for specific fields using HtmlAgilityPack

I am currently building a mobile app which contains an admin feature which requires going off and scrapping data from a number of websites.
I have successfully implemented it on all but 1 website which I would like someone to help with.
I am using Microsoft.Net C# and need a function which can be called and data scrap the following 2 URLs preferably using HtmlAgilityPack.
www.nba.com/stats/players/passing
www.nba.com/stats/players/misc
The function needs to be able to call this URL search the page for a specific name and then return specific values
For the passing URL the following values need to be returned:
Passes Made
AST to Pass % ADJ
And of the misc URL the following value is needed to be returned:
PFD
It needs to be able to take any player name and find the matching values for that player and needs to be able to search all pages of the list.
I have attached screenshots of the data that needs to be returned.
I am looking for quotes on what it would take to create this function of c# code.
