We require a web console with API to interact with our mobile app

A web portal is required to act as a management console for an MDM migration tool we are looking to develop. The site should have a database so we can pull in device records via several vendors rest API’s. Those records should then be presented and organised in a secure isolated client portal. The site itself should also have an API so we can GET and POST data to and from our mobile device app. Based on the status of the migration this should be reflected within the management console so progress can be monitored.
The web portal should be secured with authentication including 2FA and if possible, it should link into IDP’s like Google, Okta and Azure via SAML/OAUTH 2.0. Within the web console an administration section should be available where you can connect in multiple MDM systems via API. This would include as default a URL, username, password and API key field.
Once an MDM is connected via API the web portal should read the device information in either JSON or XML format and store within its own database. Device records should then be displayed within the web portal and made visible to the administrator.
The device records should also contain user information that will be obtained from the MDM API call. A key entry here will be email address and the administration should be able to select an individual device, a group of devices or all devices and have a migration email sent.
The email content should be editable and brand able for every client. The content will contain a link to open a DARE Migrate app that will be installed on our clients iOS devices. The email should also contain an auto generated pin number than is unique and will be used to start migration on a client’s device. Pin numbers should be viewable and changeable within the administration console if required.
As the client app processes the migration, we would like feedback POST to the web console API with such information as ‘migration started’ etc. This will be primarily coded into the iOS app, but the API should be able to handle these POST requests.
Progress should then be reflected within the web console so migration progress can be reviewed by both DARE and the client administrator.
